How do I know if a piece will fit?
Use the dimensions on each product page and measure your room, access route, doors, stairwells and lifts. For larger pieces, allow comfortable circulation around the furniture.
What should I measure before ordering a sofa or wardrobe?
Measure the intended footprint, ceiling height, door widths, corridors, stair turns, lift dimensions and any tight access points. Compare these with the packed and assembled dimensions shown on the live product page.
How do I choose between wood finishes and natural materials?
Read the product material and care notes closely. Wood grain, stone veining, woven texture and colour can vary naturally; screen settings and room lighting can also affect how a finish appears.
Where are products fulfilled from?
Availability, delivery zones and lead times can differ by source and destination. A piece remains unavailable to order until its delivery, dimensions and return details have been added to its product page.
Can I track my order?
After a supplier dispatches a live order, Shopify sends confirmation and tracking details to the email used at checkout. Follow the secure instructions in that message for order-specific questions.
How do returns work for larger pieces?
Return eligibility, collection arrangements and any restocking conditions are confirmed for each live product before checkout. Keep all packaging and use the order-confirmation instructions if an item arrives damaged or needs an exception review.
Can the concierge confirm stock, a price or a delivery date?

How should I care for a new piece?
Follow the supplier-approved care notes on the product page. As a general rule, avoid harsh chemicals, protect natural materials from prolonged moisture and heat, and use soft, non-abrasive cloths unless the product instructions say otherwise.
