Aurevale guidance
Purchase guide
The practical details that help you choose with confidence.
Check scale and access
Keep product dimensions, room measurements, doorways, stairwells and lift access close as you compare larger pieces. Allow enough space for comfortable circulation once the piece is in place.
Confirm delivery before you order
Live products show supplier-approved dimensions, delivery information and return terms before they can be added to the bag. Delivery service and final timing are confirmed for your destination during Shopify checkout.
After checkout
Your order confirmation is sent to the email used at checkout. Once a supplier dispatches the order, tracking updates are shared through Shopify’s order communications.
